Booking & Cancellation:

Your time and our time are precious, and we love providing our clients with an amazing experience, so please book your appointments in advance! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount. We can't wait to pamper you!

 

Late Arrival:

We totally get that life happens! If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, we may need to shorten or reschedule to ensure the next client is on time. We want to give you the full, fabulous experience you deserve! Please note that deposits are non refundable, but can be transferred to the new booking. If more than 30 minutes late, appointment will be cancelled and deposit will no longer be transferrable.

 

Deposit Policy:

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes towards your total service fee and ensures your spot is reserved. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Deposits are transferable but non-refundable in case of cancellations within 24 hours.

 

Payment:

Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, card, and mobile payments. Want to treat someone special? We also offer gift cards for the perfect beauty gift!

 

Refunds:

While we aim for every client to leave looking and feeling amazing, we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected. If you're not happy with your service, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, but we'll always work to ensure you're completely satisfied!

 

Aftercare & Maintenance:

To keep your lashes and brows looking fresh, follow our aftercare instructions. For lash extensions, avoid getting them wet for 24 hours and steer clear of oily products around the eyes. Don’t forget to book your infills every 2-3 weeks to maintain that gorgeous look!

 

Hygiene & Safety:

Your health and safety come first! We follow the highest hygiene standards and sanitize all tools before each use. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know so we can provide the best experience tailored just for you. We want you to feel pampered in a clean, safe space!
